National Bank of Egypt has announced the signing of a new partnership with Tarabot Communications Technology and Master Holding, aimed at offering a comprehensive suite of administrative, government, and tourism services to NBE Platinum clients through the “NBE Platinum Concierge” application.

Soha El Turky, Deputy Chairman of the bank, stated that the partnership comes as part of the bank’s strategy to enhance customer experience by delivering innovative and fast solutions that meet clients’ daily and professional needs, while integrating banking services with government and tourism offerings to create added value.

For his part, Karim Sous, Head of Retail Banking at the bank, explained that the partnership aims to save clients time and effort by providing all services through a unified platform, helping streamline transactions, attract new customers, and deliver a smoother and more distinctive banking experience.
Comprehensive Government and Travel Solutions
Meanwhile, Mohamed Abdel Dayem, Chairman of Tarabot Communications Technology and Master Travel, emphasized that the collaboration with the National Bank of Egypt reflects the strong confidence of major financial institutions in the company’s capabilities.
He noted that the services include residency support, passport and immigration services, work permits, civil registry services, as well as airport and fast-track services.
The offering also includes a full range of tourism solutions, such as flight and hotel bookings, visa assistance, customized travel programs, and transportation services, all delivered in line with international quality standards.
